One of the best looking reels ever made. I had one when they were in production and regretfully I sold it.

Performs amazing! Ian made the already impressive spool even better with his modifications. Reel is buttery smooth, even smoother than stock. Has a lot of power with the 4.9 gears. I know it's too slow for many people but I'm either using it for deep cranks or slow rolling paddle tails. With these moving lures I find myself trying to slow down with 6.3 gears so to me the 4.9 is perfect for this application.

However the reel needs to be used more so I'm thinking of getting a standard US Steez SV 8.1 and make that my crank reel and switch back this LTD to Texas rig.

I agree with you making the LTD your Texas Rig reel.
