Looks sharp! Can you give your impression of the rod/blank and how it compares to other mid to higher end rods you have used. I am really wanting to try one of their blanks.

This was my first PB. Light weight doesn't begin to describe it. My builder had been trying to get me on to this blank since my first build off a North Fork. Since this one, I've had a PB 7'3" HF Punching Frog rod made and have a 6'9 MHF kayak rod being built.

Unless something better comes along, I'll stick with PB's

Thank you! I debated putting one of the two MGL's you guys were giving away :big grin: on it but the IP, even slower, felt better.

Thanks. Thats what I love about a custom rod. I have one with my Dad's rank and badge #, Punch-N-Frog and I think my next is going to be called the "1/2 Ton Pickup" lol
