Thanks, the R+ has a 80mm and the HLC is a 90mm Zillion Type R handle.

How does the J-Dream spool cast compared to the HLC? Hows the distance?

I can't say, I bought the reel with the J-dream spool and have never had a chance to pick up a HLC spool.
