Bold & Beautiful

Post by lpquick » Wed Aug 27, 2014 11:40 am

I need to give a shout out to Gary at the Tackle Trap for bringing this treasure to my door today. I also need to thank Ian for tuning this sweet reel and turning it into red velvet by day and beast by night, awesome job Ian thank you. The rod sock is really a rod bag and it's perfect, photos coming later. The rod weighs in at 128.5g/4.53 oz. extremely well balanced by itself. Another member reviewed an Evo and remarked if I remember correctly that the rod was a little tip heavy, and heavy for a rod of it’s size. Well my fears are gone and I can tell you it’s light, feels crisp, looks fantastic and obviously reviews will wait until I get her out on the water. Enjoy a few snap shots below.

That's probably the single most desirable casting setup I've laid eyes on here....

Beauty. By far the nicest rod I've ever laid my eyes on.

That's just nasty! Can't wait to read the feedback on this one.

I've been meaning to make a post about my first purchases from Gary. He and the rest of the guys at the Tackle Trap will definitely get my business in the future.

I love these new Evo, did you noticed any differences with the Super Diablo Stage I?

They are "bold and beautiful" (in Italy it's only Beautiful  ) but when you fish them they are a lot more than this, it's the kind of action that i like to fish with.

The WP it's amazing, for a 4oz rod the sensitivity it's something special \:D/
