You need a carbon fiber tube reemed to the size of the blank. The tubes are about $10 at Mudhole.

It's a one size fits all, but you need the 17mm OD Carbon tube to be able to mount it in the rod blank.
In my opinion the ECS, Alps AGC and the AmTack Edge are much more comfy than the PTS. The side edges if you don't have a very big hand tend to get uncomfortable after a good day of fishing!

Reel seats are very subjective, and different for each reel being used. My S/M hands like the PTS better with my OG Zillion fleet than the seats that you mentioned, but I did end up sanding the right wing on one of my PTS seats that I use with a Steez. The side wings need to be in the right place, or they get very uncomfortable. My builder has a new Fuji PULS Palm Support reel seat that is going on a Point Blank 69MLXF.
