I can see clearly now...

Post by Dragboatdriver » Tue Sep 10, 2013 9:07 am

... clearly into the internals of the reels!

The mailman made a visit yesterday and delivered a brand new in box Megabass Zonda 68R and a brand new in box Megbass Zonda 68L Rosso Red! \:D/

The 68R is being put on a Megabass Phase III Bearing Down

However, I haven't decided on a rod for the rosso red yet, but I am leaning toward a X7 Shading X.

I apologize for the poor quality of the pictures. Photography is not my forte.

Thanks for looking!

It's obvious that I'm a big Daiwa/Megabass fan. However, there is a Shimano (along with an aftermarket spool for it) that I have my eye on...

To be honest though, I don't have a problem with Shimano reels. Every one I have owned, I have liked a lot. Right now I have a Conquest 50 with an avail microcast spool and I love that little reel for light cranks! The Daiwas just seem to appeal to me more.

Thanks for the kind words guys!
