old suspect with new partner X7 Super Criffhanger ! Thank you Mr. G.W!! Broke her in last night, nothing of size but fun little fighting river largie :big grin: Golden alge is funking up some local resovoirs so yak fishing has yielded little as of late. Boats with motors seem to do okay. Anyway local river fun last night and the SC with 6lb P-Line Floroclear with 2/0 ewg and 3 in senko in slack water was the trick. TW was on but could get anything to hook up with pop x. Enjoy :big grin:

That almost looks like an Owner Down Shot hook. If that is the case, I have DESTROYED the fish on that setup, but using the Bass Pro Stik-O 3" with a fluke tail. Also use them on Ned Rigs and dropshots, really good hooks.

She's almost complete just got these in today as many know I'm a knob fiend, and obviously been in love with the Daiwa SLP works offerings she'll get a few more cosmetics such as a black clutch bar a black level Wine Bar as most all the bearing parts are sold out at HHS  she also get a gold screw swap for the mounting of the body. Internals gears are stock upgraded drag washers, and one of these ALD0936RR honeycomb spools from HHS in black obviously. This is one hell of a reel, one of my favorites obviously the love in the money put towards her :big grin: Enjoy this clean specimen who is currently paired with my X7 WF laced with 10lb Floroclear P-Line. They currently handle quite a bit of medium divers jerkbaits which I found from a kayak has been really great with that rod! More pictures to follow down the road of the progress on all of my five 51e models and hopefully a family photo with their line stripped as to show all the fun spools that they possess or will :laugh1:

There is no piece of fishing equipment on the market that I find more aesthetically pleasing than the current line of Conquests. I can't believe I don't own a 100HG.
