Let's see some shimanos. I'll start with my curado 100d. nothing special just painted it candy red.

I added an E series drag star and handle, abec7 bearings, upgraded the drag with carbontex washers, curado D spool and tension cap.

fishingandfords - the first pic, thats a nice chronarch.

Awesome stuff all. Those Cores look flat out boss on the X4s fishingandfords.

The Black Elseil and Destruction are on my list for next season, but now you having me rethinking what reels to pair them with.

Very interested how the E style Drag Star was adapted to work. Has anyone else performed this mod ?

He did it himself albeit, pride in ownership isn't about perfection and he was the OP .... What's your point?
