Re: Where are the shimanos?
Plus 1 on no go for the fit. Brenious has narrowed spool and worm gear shaft. Of course they make pretty color spools that will match brenious specifically but unfortunately not interchangeable with other 50s

Re: Where are the shimanos?
Were back didn't make too many changes wanted to try some new reels so we sold 1 or two to buy 3 or 4. Only rod I'm missing is a NRX894C JWR I will be ordering this spring, 1/2oz jigs and 1/2-3/4oz plastics sparse cover deep weed should be a nice stick.
Here is a shot of the rods:
Shimano Poison Adrena 6'10" M (Aldebaran 50HG) (10lb Fluoro 110+1/Trick Darter)
Shimano Poison Adrena 6'10" M (Aldebaran 50HG) (15lb Mono Dog-X/XPod JR)
Shimano Expride 7'1" H (Chronarch 100D7) (20lb Fluoro Spinnerbait)
Shimano Expride 7'2" H (Chronarch 100D7) (50lb Braid Swim Jig)
Shimano Expride 7'3" XH (Exsence DC) (60lb Braid Frog)
G.Loomis NRX873C CRR 7'3" MH (Curado 70XG) (22lb Fluoro 3/8-1/2oz Plastic)
G.Loomis NRX895C JWR 7'5" XH (Curado 70XG) (22lb Fluoro 3/4oz Jig)
G.Loomis NRX895C JWR 7'5" XH (Curado 70XG) (22lb Fluoro 1oz Jig)
G.Loomis NRX916C UBR 7'7" XH (Metanium MGL 150XG) (60lb Braid Punching 3/4-1.5oz)
G.Loomis CBR958C DD 7'11" H (Calcutta Conquest 100) (12lb Fluoro Mid-Deep Cranks)
Need To Buy Rod Still
*G.Loomis NRX894C JWR 7'5"H (Curado 70XG) 22lb Fluoro 1/2oz Jig*
Onto a picture of the reels:
And the last addition to the arsenal. Super happy with the feel and performance of the Curado 70XG's so far. Metanium is a little smoother well see how much better it fishes the heavy weight.
Keep em coming guys and break the camera out!

Re: Where are the shimanos?
Nice gear MTBF! You will love the MGL, and just might become your favorite reel. That NRX 894C is an awesome rod if you love the jig, and would fit in perfectly with those 895's.
Now im tempted to try a curado 70...heard nothing but great things about them so far.
