BMF aka Revolver S by D.R.E.S.S.

Post by GamblerHydra » Fri Sep 28, 2007 4:06 pm

D.R.E.S.S. which is develop Rig for EXTRA Stage Supply .

Revolver S
A planet, as mostly defined by International Astronomical Union, is celestial body orbiting a star or Stellar remnant that is massive enough to be rounded by it's own gravity, not massive enough to cause thermonuclear fusion in its core, and has cleared its neighboring region of planetesimals.

This is a CNC machined bearing supported handle. The plate itself for the handle is called the nebula pattern plate. The carbon fiber pieces are called the carbon beams.

They have this whole planet , star marketing theme going on. I could not make this up if I tried. I think it is safe to say that the JDM makers have great imagination ,and are dreamers in every sense.

The handles come in Red, Black,Blue, Gold , and Green. They come in left hand and right hand versions. The fit is prefect , and the nut stops right where it should, the 2 screws allen wrench in. Just a overall precise and nice package, and presentation.

There are also 2 different handles. There is a Ellispe and a Round.

Full Set
Ellispe 54.4g Round 54.7 g

Grips/knobs Only 17g X2

Plate Set Only
Ellispe 20.2g Round 20.5 g

Plate Only 9.7g
Ellispe 9.7g Round 9.9 g

Ladies and gentleman I present Revolver S

Maybe it's just me, but that's the ugliest handle I've ever seen on anything, even my toilet.

I think the problem is that they do not match the colors and style of the reel. Maybe on a Zillion??

You might be right, it's certainly gaudy on that Calais, the knobs look as large as the spool!

It is not designed to be pretty. Think space , and equipment used in space. ;)This was a pretty deep thinker, probbaly not much unlike Mr. Ito.

They are clayish red , far from pink. It is just the lighting, I can not get it right. Think Mars, I willl try and get a different picture , in different lighting.

Now it is the camera angle. I used it to show the handle, not the reel. To funny

Not sure where it will land evenually. It is a shimano only, maybe a CORE, maybe a Speedmaster . I am getting a gold one for my DC reels.

Back when, a term commonly used for describing people using various artificial substances for enhancement of the perceptional process was "space cadets". Sometimes they had good trips. Sometimes they had bad trips. Long live space cadets. They are still among us.

I like the handle... I do think that the Septon knobs would look better on there. I just hope that more manufactures will come out with aftermarket parts.

They look awsome. Kind of like something from Starwars! Image

very stylized handle there, and apparently a lot of attention to detail... allen-head screws are a nice touch! i can see that handle adding some flash to the ito monoblock...

at ~54.4g that is one solid piece of work, fractions of a gram heavier than the CVX power handle. are the knobs comfortable though?
