2)It's too light...I need an up to 1/4 or even 3/8 rod...It should be a 2pc rod. because i have an empty tube for it  I was thinking about Palms Flame, but I've never heard anything about it....only specifications. Thanks for help.I appreciate it :)
Then get this Megabass Pagani, it is within your budget, very nice looking, 2-pieces, and it casts up to 10 grams 8-)
I have exactly that one, and there's a TT review about it. In December I'll bring it to Europe.

Hmmm... How much JPY exactly? I'm wondering, why PLAT doesn't sell these rods :? http://www.plat.co.jp/shop/catalog/default.php?cPath=22 That should be "THE ROD" :) Maybe I'd buy a Loomis, but even their cheaper IMX rods cost 400$+ in Lithuania :?

IMO, buy a JDM rod with that money. You can ask the vendor to declare a lower price when shipping by EMS and you save the taxes. I don't remember the exact price of the Pagani, but I am sure I got it for less than 400 USD shipped to my door (imported directly from Japan, not Megabass USA).

Mr. Ogawa can get it, but the waiting time might be long. Not sure you will get it for September!

From PLAT: The price of 44940JPY .
The shipping charge will be 4150JPY.
They used to ship free if the rod was from 2pc. and costed more than 40000jpy

Really???
Well, mine is OK so far. You know, the tip is too thin, but despite that the rod is rated for up to 7 gr lure casting using a maximum of 6 lb line. Weird. I think Megabass always overestimate the capabilities of their rods. I use mine with 6 lb line, but I am considering using 4 lb. One day a 2 kg barracuda hit my lure. Man, the impact was hard but the rod survived. However, the tip bended to a point I really thought it would break.
Do you know where those rods (Russian anglers' rods) break? I wouldn't be surprised if it was the tip in all the cases.

The tip must be something between 0.60 and 0.50 mm in diameter. "Fortunately," you can buy the broken piece.
