Skeet it was a small spot on the bottom of the reel that didn't show up to well in the pictures.

Yep I am working on what I want on the rod right now. Will be a 7' Medium Kistler Helium II LTX with probably matching yellow guides and wraps. Not sure what else I am going to have done to it right now though.
