Color of JDM 2018 Aldebaran MGL 30

I'm looking to upgrade my pre-MGL Aldebaran 50 (which is a Japanese import) sometime this winter, and if I can avoid the blueish color of the USDM MGL Aldebaran, I'll do it (it clashes with the Expride if you ask me). Can somebody confirm that/if the JDM Aldebaran MGL has the same grayish color as its predecessor? I think it might be a decent replacement for my 50 - less line capacity of course and 7.4:1 instead of 8:1, but that shouldn't be an issue.

Under certain lights it definitely will look steel blue/grey but others show a pretty vibrant metallic blue. I believe there is a review with pictures on this forum. Next to the 2015 Aldebaran you can really see the difference though.
