Theres a way around all that. Change your primary currency to the country from which you are purchasing. Its hidden away, but you can find it on the PayPal site if you dig.

awwwwwww. I like that. So, primary to yen. IS there any fee or charge going from USD (bank account) to the Yen PayPal?
