Mail Call
Re: Mail Call
$24 Shipping, EMS Airmail Tracking and Insured. If I hadn't have ordered that Big Mamma, it probobly would have been $20. Once they had the items together (they have 3 shops) it took 2 days to get to LA, then another 6 days to get from LA to Vegas. Entire transaction took 12 days. Wish they posted thier used items, I bet they have a bunch of gems.
-You place thier order on the website
-They email you a price including shipping, and send the request to your paypal
-Once you pay, they put the order together (if for some reason everything was at 1 shop, I am sure it would be quicker.
-They send you a tracking when it ships
-It's all in Japanese, I had to use the google translator
Too bad they can't figure out how to ship rods...

Re: Mail Call
Also ordered a LSD Designs bag off Ichiban for wading and shore fishing. Pretty impressed with the construction quality and features, this will probably go with me in the boat as well.

Re: Mail Call
Some of these you may have seen in my summer blog when I went full on stupid mode feathering anything and everything. In any case these are my latest topwater additions. I'm super excited about the 160 Mikey coming is at just a tad south of one of my favorite weights to fling of 2.0oz Also another favorite of mine, Jackall Cherry Zero footer in 48 size, couple of FF Grand Sigletts by MB , a "Pop Mouse" by MB and an "I-Rat" also by MB Above the 160 Mikey is the 140 version in a sought after pattern. Fun all the way around, enjoy!

Finally got this handle installed...all I can say is Bigly (or Big League)..
Re: Mail Call
I have been looking at one of their tiny slings to use as a manpurse when flying, it would amuse me to have a bag with "LSD" written on it, good to hear the quality is there as the they are very reasonably priced, esp compared to USDM flyfishing stuff.evilcatfish wrote:Also ordered a LSD Designs bag off Ichiban for wading and shore fishing. Re: Mail Call
The nice thing about that handle is that the Battler/Poker combo now balances on the lockdown nut, it was very tip forward even with that reel at 8oz with line. Feels much better in hand now.Aquaftm45 wrote:Finally got this handle installed...all I can say is Bigly (or Big League)..

On to the other goods.
L-R $9 nut to attach that Studio Composite Megahandle-redic. Bearing retainers and spool pins because I am a rookie at working on reels and need some replacements already. SLP Micro Bearings-these are really hard to come by and they are amazing in the Steez LTD. Some blue colored parts to match the ZPI spool in my IS. Phermone Cherry Rigs (more on this below). Some doubles to put on my blade baits and TN's L-R Raid Level Vibes-these are awesome, a cross between a silent trap and an blade bait, the clear body should be excellent in the deep clear water I fish. A TN65 because I just don't have enough. Keitech Fat in a custom shop color. Do Live Beaver, I can't say enough good things about these, those claws slap together like butt cheeks at a twerking contest, fish can't resist! Just don't buy the Eco version. Kietech Tube, didn't know they sold these at TW, but they do for $1.50 premium. Sawamura Trump Allure Dressing-I don't know what else to say other than, I did not think this would make it through customs. Some YT Fusion Gold Premium bearing oil-supposed to be magical, monkey's hand pick the seed of the Champaca tree from the heights of Mount Fuji Excuse my dirty hands, this work aint easy. The Raid Level Vibe, this will be deadly on these snoozing winter bass. What! Phermone Cherry came to the US and stole Ike's Tokyo Rig? The Pheremone Cherry by Goober, marketed in Japan since 2016. Note the lack of swivels and split rings-not needed. Check out that Dolive Beaver, I can just envision those claws smacking together on the way down..

Re: Mail Call
You have damn good taste bud. Do you mind posting a weblink of where to find that Jdm Tokyo rig from "Pheremone Cherry by Goober". Been looking for one better than the VMC Ike garbage. Thanks for the fresh take and good ideasAquaftm45 wrote:The nice thing about that handle is that the Battler/Poker combo now balances on the lockdown nut, it was very tip forward even with that reel at 8oz with line. Great haul Cracker! I need to find a friend in Japan, maybe I can rent one, I hear you can rent anything over there.
The Gustanado, what a great name. It's like when when a gust of wind rolls through a corner a partially enclosed area and creates a mini tornado, a Gustanado.
Re: Mail Call
I got fooled by the Keitech MadWag Mini 2.5" too. They work well on a dropshot if you want to catch big panfish.
Re: Mail Call
Just received a small order of goodies. I love them jackhammers!
