Re: SV Light Limited
I like that. Nice work and thanks for posting.
Re: SV Light Limited
This is based on the SS SV correct? I see Steez badging/parts........ I call "Fentley" but a nice one at that
Re: SV Light Limited

Re: SV Light Limited
I think the SV Light LTD looks nice. It looks better in person. In the sun

Re: SV Light Limited
Well I suppose it was below the belt but I have to admit I cut my teeth on quantum's and at the time I got in they were building super-solid reels I'm not sure what they're up to these days as I've been on the dark side I've been a Sith for quite some time now but I think they're under the plus fishing umbrella and I believe they believe all around really nice reels along with the sister companies, I could be wrong on that too it's been so long since I've kept up with any other brands other than JDM, what a snotty thing to say

Re: SV Light Limited
Caught a 5.8lb lmb on this combo today and was very pleased with the reels performance. This reel will cast a wacky senko a mile and a 3.2in kietech fat on a 3/32 underspin will spool you.The rod a Megabass Hien was perfect for casting with a lot of whip and when hooked up the backbone really kicked in about half way down and felt like I was always in control. This combo has become one of my favorites real quick.

Re: SV Light Limited
it is more of a Frankenstein. the frame looks more like a Steez Ex frame than an SS SV frame and so does the palming side plate. but then it has a longer drive shaft with a nut holding the handle on instead of the flush screw like a steez. be nice to know what gears are in it.Cristo wrote:This is based on the SS SV correct? Looks more like an SS SV frame with Steez esq milling to me. Even has the pin in the frame like the SS SV.BARRAMANIAC wrote:it is more of a Frankenstein. the frame looks more like a Steez Ex frame than an SS SV frame and so does the palming side plate. but then it has a longer drive shaft with a nut holding the handle on instead of the flush screw like a steez. be nice to know what gears are in it.Cristo wrote:This is based on the SS SV correct?
