Yep it's creeped up to add about $20 dollars.. I speculate it will go back down after the inauguration.

Made a huge move following the elections, so do expect it to pull back a bit. Right now it is testing the 50 day moving average in the 113-114 range and below that the 200 day is around 110. There are several support levels and expected pivot points in the 110-114 range. Below that who knows. I'm eyeing a few JDM items as well.

All indications point to a stronger dollar after the inauguration which means a better exchange for us.

@BigG

Monthly chart from 1983 through today

Low off this chart is 76 on 2/2/2012, kind of looks like a cup and handle move forming that started back in late 2007 if it continues up to 124-125........so move up?

Thanks Hanover, I haven't been following it for about 6 years, nice to see a longer period of time.

USD/Yen has been stuck in a sideways trading range since mid January after pulling back from year end election runup high around 118. Trying to breakout this week........

You might want to keep an eye on the USD vs the Australian dollar. The USD is strong right now $1 USD = $1.34 AUD and the sellers I bought from there on the big auction site use the same 3-4 day International express shipping.
