A tie for now between my TD-itö 103M and Scorpion 7 (no DC unit).
TD-itö 103M is known to reach 30,000 RPM's at startup, but since I have no way to measure that myself, I don't know how many RPM's the Scorpion 7 will reach.

That being said, the Scorpion 7 is wicked-fast, especially with ZPI SiC, it will backlash like no other without a good thumb.

Scorpion 7 seen here:

My machine gun Steez, and a RCS 1016 spool, so wild it can sometimes burn my thumb!

I have 4 reels with the 1016 and I don't feel they are wild at all! The Ito spool is so wild I can't cast them at all, flipping is okay.

I found my 1016 feels a bit "wild", but mainly because I set the spool more loose than with the stock 100 spool my Steez came with. I wouldnt say either are THAT wild though. The Ito on the other hand, every once in awhile it just decides to go all wonky and backlash. Doesnt seem to matter what I do, I usually get 1-2 per outing with it. I use 60lb braid so they are easy to pick though. I usually use 1/2oz+ frogs and brake setting 7.5 with a loose cast control knob.

My TD-Z 103ML I'ze Personal is my tamest child of the bunch. Absolutely rockets 5XD's and 6XD's one second then slings DT-4's the next, nary an issue.

I bomb Vision 110's with the steez and 1016 spool, on a 685cb, pretty wild to me. I also have a TDZ Ito, and it is wicked fast as well.

Agreed. I put a 1016 in my Steez and with the brakes on 1, I couldn't backlash it. Line barely fluffed up with no brakes.

My TD-Ito was a pretty wild child for me to where I would have to increase the brakes to where it cost me casting distance to control it. But I put in a Stees SV 105 spool and now its tame as a kitten!

Steez 103 in the wind is very unpredictable. The SV spool is an easy fix if you cast more than pitch.

The IS MB Finesse spool is about the only one that bites me from time to time

The Megabass Special BF Spool for ZONDA is a bit too touchy for regular use, for me anyway. My favorite wild child is the I'ZE FACTORY RCS PX68 for special finesse spool in a Pixy.
