Clear plate would make more sense on a shimano with VBS and an exposed brake drum.

Wouldn't it be quite easy to get one in Malay? :-k

A friend of mine got a quote from a Japanese online store and I was kinda shocked too, about 1/5 higher than the official yen price I could say. Gladly I was charged a bit more reasonably.

I was quoted USD899 + USD 20 by EMS from Japan Tackle :).

Well....maybe Zonda Hedgehog is the Limited Edition, not a limited production...So anything that I can find for less than USD899, I will just go right ahead and grab them \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ instead of stocking many lures.

Some Japanese stores state that only 100 RH and 100 LH would be made. My local store doesnt say that, but I was told that it would definitely be a limited model. Anyway I cant risk to hv a second thought and I hv already placed an order. Hopefully one of them will arrive to me around the end of Sept. [-o<
I was told the same by Japanese supplier and I have also placed a set of Zonda Hedgehog and Lin10C as well.

If I am lucky enough and I will get another set of Hedgehog :D

I'm glad I'm not into finesse. Seems there's a direct relationship between one's wallet and the tackle they buy. The smaller the tackle gets, the smaller the wallet fallows. :(

Finesse can be done on the cheap too!
Curado 50Es, Sols can be easily upgraded with finesse spools.
BFS rods like the volkey are quite good.

Or just replace guides on a UL,L or ML spin rod.
I find with BFS I don't need the trigger.
