New Daiwa Luvias made in Japan. Daiwa Sol II from Australia

Here are the new made in Japan Luvias for 2013. Also a new Daiwa Sol II. These are offered by Daiwa Australia. I am hoping the Luvias is offered as a 1003 model in Japan. The made in Japan model Luvias is a great sounding reel on paper.

nice looking reels, kind of cool to see that mag seal is getting into lower priced reels than the certate, steez and exist.

personally after looking around the aussie site, i would LOVE to have the white emeraldas 2506 with the green trim...that reel would look sick on a St. Croix Legend Xtreme, imo.

by the specs the sol is nearly the same as a certate apart from colour and a bearing or two. the luvias is just about the same as the caldia but the caldia comes with a spare spool as an advantage.
