For me it's the PX68. I also really like my Alphas Type R.

It is very difficult decision, but in order of preference, I like:

TD-Z Type R+ 103ML
TD-Ito 103HL
I'ZE Ligth 103L

=P~

For me it's the TD-Z 103ML Type-R+... with 105h shallow spool, it's even better.

Hi guys,

How about the Alphas Type R. Is is worth it? Does anyone have it?

Thanks!

If you are referring to the Alphas R Edition :-k then the following applies:

Alphas R Edition is one of Daiwa's better efforts (IMO). Being a fan of the Alphas line, the R Edition is the best of the bunch (again IMO). Compares favorably with the Ito performance-wise w/o the finish maintenance. (also SW safe)

My most coveted is probably the ringa sss with the hlc close behind. My favorite has always been the pixy, but after owning a px68, there's the problem of "the grass is always greener on the other side" ](*,)
