Zillion or Big Bait Special?

Post by USA-RET » Wed May 09, 2007 4:59 pm

Debating whether to go with a JDM Zillion or the BBS?

Will be using on a heavy action 7' rod for frogs in slop, Carolina rigs, swim baits, and maybe some "shiner fishing". I really like both reels.....BBS for overall weight & uniqueness, Zillion for appearance and Saltwater crossover. (Saltwater cross-over not critical as I have plenty of other reels for Gulf fishing..just a nice bonus).

Both are built on the TD-Z frame..true?

Thanks

The Steez 100, 103 and the BBS have 4kg of drag.

The Zillion 100 CC, 100H 6kg.......the 100SH has 5kg.
