I have lived in Illinois for 35 years (I am a transplanted South Carolina boy) so I think I can make this observation: How many states can make the claim, as we could a couple of years ago, that we have TWO former governors in Federal prisons? This has to be some sort of record.
Hard to comprehend........

We only have one former governor in prison here in Alabama: Don Seigelman.
