If I remember correctly, I think I was checking out gear at TW and clicked on a link which brought me to TT. I was amazed by the reviews and checked out the forum after a week of reading the massive amount of great product reviews. I lurked around for a year or so before I started posting. I had no idea about JDM or reel tuning and have had my world opened up in those regards. There is a wealth of information posted here and most people are very patient and respectful. This is what keeps my interest. I have posted on other sites where people just want to argue or are blind to any other product except their favorites and I quickly lose interest.

I found Tackle Tour after seeing all the YouTube videos displaying the action of various lures. It's been all down hill from there \:D/

I started reading your reviews first. My initial encounter was your second go around fluorocarbon tests. Then the luna reels with the advantage casting reel. Then i found the forums all down hill from there.

Found the TT review site when searching for input on a product. I became an avid reader, but it took me a while to figure out there was a forum attached, too.

I still think you guys should move the 2 "review" forums to the top of the list, though. And then post there whenever a new review is posted on the main site.

Found the site looking for reviews. Found the forum looking for guys who care about more than just what BPS/Cabela's sells. Thanks TT and it's founding fathers.

I've been a big fan of your reviews for years but registered to forum because some buddies in bbc refer me here.

I always went on tackletour to search for reviews of reels that I wanted to get. I don't think I ever bought a reel without seeing a review by TT on it. This started sometime in the early summer of 2011.
I found out about the forum last year in early spring, then joined earlier this year.
I am now addicted to TTF. SOoooooo much info and sweet tackle.. =P~ I learn so much here.
