The model he's riding (yes, it is a Trek) is a prototype not yet available for purchase. You can buy bikes similar to what he's ridden in the past for about $3K plus or minus depending on the actual components (drivetrain) you select. If you go top (Dura Ace), you're talking closer to $4k... if you go one step down, I think they're right around $2500 -$3200 these days.. not sure.

Too cool we got some riders here :D,I think those bikes are called Madones 5.9s or 5900 superlights,Trekbikes.com might be helpful,alot of the 05' bikes are up for veiwing.Agree 100% Shimano guts!
