The model he's riding (yes, it is a Trek) is a prototype not yet available for purchase. You can buy bikes similar to what he's ridden in the past for about $3K plus or minus depending on the actual components (drivetrain) you select. If you go top (Dura Ace), you're talking closer to $4k... if you go one step down, I think they're right around $2500 -$3200 these days.. not sure.

Too cool we got some riders here ,I think those bikes are called Madones 5.9s or 5900 superlights,Trekbikes.com might be helpful,alot of the 05' bikes are up for veiwing.Agree 100% Shimano guts!
