Keeping baits in the garage

Post by Johnny A »

Do you cut your baits from your line after trips or will you keep baits tied on between trips?
I keep my boat in the garage, there’s a little bit of humidity but nothing major. I’ll do one or two trips a week. More concerned with hook rust than anything.

That wont hurt hooks, but leaving the point buried in plastics WILL corrode the points.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

Get some VCI bags and protect the whole garage.

I never reuse plastics but I don’t use the expensive swimbaits.
