Weightless 7" worm, finesse?
How about Senko and 1/8 Texas rig, Finesse?

Now for the rod, I have Medium power rods that rated varies from 1/8-1/4, 1/8-3/8 all the way to 1/4-3/4. Which one finesse?

Everyone's definition of finesse will be different. Finesse is what you want it to be, the difference will be in the equipment required to cast you're finesse weights. For me my finesse is 1/8oz and under total weight, so to get this weight with a baitcaster I have to run light and UL powered rods and generally bfs style reels.

For your 1/8-1/4 weight range it looks like you have a couple of rods already suitable. The senko and jighead will weigh more than a 1/4oz total so id try the 1/8-3/8 rated rod and see how it handles everything.

My idea of finesse swimbaits is a 2 or 3” Keitech Easy Shiner and a 1/6oz to 1/8oz Keitech Super Round Jighead and this is definitely not what I would consider finesse.

I'd say so. Poppers are kind of the original finesse. Plus he's using an Alphas SV and I presume that Go Emotion is a bfs stick, but I didn't get a close enough look. I also didn't watch to the weightless worm part, but that sounds pretty finesse to me. I'd say a 3/16-1/4 jerkbait is definitely finesse. Hell, even a Vision 110 is a finesse approach. Anything 10# (Japan 10#) and under constitutes finesse to me because you can't use hooks with too heavy of wire and you can't button down your drag. I have a Tatula 6101MXB with an SV105 spooled with 10# Invizx and it's a great finesse setup. Works great from 3/16-3/8. Mostly weightless plastics, wacky jig heads, neko rigs, small jikas, finesse jigs, etc. The solid tip is great for poppers, too. I love that rod. I've got two other finesse setups, a ML and a L/bfs which obviously handle lighter baits and lines than the Tatula, but I guess we're talking about the limit of what's considered finesse and I think that Tatula setup is it.
