Very nice fish! You going to land an even bigger one this year?

I'll get bigger fish, but that's the biggest landlocked cutthroat I ever landed so I can't be sure how long it might be till I break my cutthroat record. Now they got a bunch of Lahotan cutts over in Lake Lenore that run 4 to 6 lbs and more. The cutts in Cascade are native or at least self sustaining with two little trickles of creeks running in to spaun in. Otherwise, it has a few pan fish and little stocked rainbows with no rep I ever heard of any holdovers. The cutts are the king predators here.
I just saw a very fishy looking lunker hole with cover and threw my lure in there and hung on. I did try several ways of getting him off the hook and he tried several ways of getting off but he ended up in the net anyway.
