I haven't used it, but I have found another person who
makes the same thing. I would believe from that design
if the blades didn't balance itself when used, you can
have problems of it not running straight.

Has anyone else tried this design?
Any pros and cons?

I already have good success with normal spinnerbaits,
so I don't know if I'll try these unless there's a big
improment in catch ratio.

I'd be interested as well.

well i used the hildebrandt nugget twin spin on sat . it tracked true & straight . both blades turned the same an it was not lopsided . it was straight up & down .i did not catch a fish on it but if it would come past a bass im shure he would hit it . it has real good action . i will buy more an use them . i took the skirt off & used a 4 inch grub on it .
bottom line i believe its a good lure .

Thanks for the report.
If they track straight, I am sure it'll work just like the normal
spinnerbait but break the water differently and maybe produce
a different sound in the water.
Show us a pic with it once you catch a fish using that lure.

As new it tracks straight. I wonder what happens once
one of them is bend!!! Maybe go with titanium wires would
be better??? And, how the heck do you store them in your
spinnerbait tackle box? It must take a lot more room

I haven't tried the Hildebrandt's, but the only fish I ever caught on a twin spin, I used it as a lift and drop bait, not retreiving like a spinnerbait. Am I missing something here?

Any luck with the twin spin? I saw some and was wondering
if I should try them or not.
