What winter changes have you started making in your tackle/techniques already?

More spinning, lighter powered rods and lighter braid. Smaller lures, being cognizant of slower retrieves, following sunshine on the water, watching my shadow on the water, more vibration on my blade baits (including more Colorado blades on my spinnerbaits).

Following baitfish where they are present, starting deep to shallow (although the remnants of shallow weeds can still hide a few fish), fishing deeper overall spending more time saturating water carefully.
