I know they just call those swimming minnows. But I think they are originally called Maniac Minnow. You can get them in 6"

Thanks for the info. I found some in their bargain bin! I don't understand how you can get 100 - 3" Mister twisters for $6 but as soon as you add some fins onto the side and a couple inches you only get 3 for almost the same price?

I finally found them! Actually a local company http://tackle-mart.com/home/ sells them wholesale and i was able to get a friend of mine to order some.
