The TDz 103P I belive was only made as a right hand reel, nothing a gear set could not fix in a 103ml.

There are a lot of good reel options, depending on your budget, gear ratio preferences, etc. I currently have some TD-Zs and a Calais 100 on mine. The Calcutta 100Dc may venture to one of those rods in the spring as well, as it is currently on another rod for deep cranking.
Yep...my custom CB 845 Mahogany gets an Ito 103M or a Calais 100A/Antares AR on it.

Gloomis GLX crank would be a nice rod.

Dobyns Champion crank rods are tough to beat.

If your a fan of longer handles the GLX would be your choice. The GLX has a lighter more crisp blank than the Dobyns. However the Dobyns is a powerhouse I have both the 805 and the 806 and I'll never get rid of them. They will launch !!
