Soft jerkbaits

I've never used them but I want to start. Which ones seem to work the best? and how do you rig them?

There are many brands of soft jerkbaits, but they
are all similar in shape. Like this article

So they will all work pretty much the same.
You can rig them weightless,
using a split shot, or any other way you would with
a plastic. I find weightless or with a split shot works
because where I fish.
