Knots for Fluoro and Braided lines?

Post by dazzle » Fri May 16, 2003 12:23 pm

Hi. What knots do you guys use for fluorocarbon and
braided lines? I have tried a few but haven't found
one that works good for me yet.
Thanks

Here's a good article on knots for Fluorocarbon.

If you are dropshotting, use Palomar.

For Braid use Triple Palomar knot.

I've heard of some people using Fishing Glue. Personally i've had lots of knot issues with Braid. Fireline seems to hold well but It's a thick braid line.

Hope this helps.
