Other than the AiRRUS, the St. Croix Premier is a good choice.

While the airrus rods look powerful for bass fishing and others, I don't
think the larger butt section will be good as an ultralight rod. It just
won't feel like a traditional ultralight that I truly enjoy fishing with
for small trout. Reno Reeler made a good suggestion for the
Premier series. Also you can consider Loomis, but St. Croix is probably
best when going down to that level of graphite. Good luck

I picked up a couple St. Croix Panfish series rods and like them a lot. I got the 5'6" and a 6'. Shorter rods for fishing around and shooting docks.

I recently picked up the Kuying Teton UL baitcaster and really like it- Quality build and fishes great as a light action trout rod. Very surprised at the quality for such a low price. I use it over numerous other rods I have costing much more. Will be ordering the spinning version next.
Our tradition is that of the first who sneaked away to the creek when tribe did not really need fish
