Rumor has it that some halibut has moved into the bay.
That's what I have been told from some people at bait shops.

Do you bait fish for halibut from your kayak or use swim baits? (big hammer).

Halibut are now in the bay. Its confirmed. A buddy of mine caught 3 last week right off of oyster point.
