I have a 7' Medium moderate fast veritas

works well for me

Had both now I have veritas, very good rods for the money!

So far I like the 6ft9 ml mf for drop shot better than my crucial and avid, I will be getting more. I feel as if these rods are on par with crucials and avidas a line up.

Also on a side note, I have the 6'9'' MH XF bc rod and it works great for jigs and t rigs and senkos. I also have the 6'9'' ML MF I used it for drop shot and I LOVE it. I am very impressed with these veritas rods. I will be getting more and mating them with Lews SS Tournament Pro reels. Very Light a...

Used it today and it is def not a texas rig rod lol. My preferences for this rod are, crank to 10-12ft maybe a bit deeper. lipless cranks, spinner baits and jerkbaits/poppers

Guess I will have to try it out and if it doesn't work for what I need then replace them.

Any of you have the 7' m mod fast rod? I picked it to throw ligter texas rigs and senkos on with 14-17 lb flouro, do you think it will work well? I felt it and didn't think it felt like a mod fast felt more like a fast and more of a mh than a m. I guess if all else fails it would make a good spinner...
