Re: Spybait rod

I throw it on a spinning rod Mod. Fast i'm not a huge fan of the heavier spy baits, so I usually don't throw them.

Re: How to get sponsors?

Then first ask yourself what you can do to help their business. If you can't answer that question don't even bother approaching them until you f...

Re: best topwater frogs

Re: What rain gear do you use?

My all time favorite and what I wear and reccomend is Stormr. It's pricier but you get what you pay for. My Stormr gear has already paid for itself many times over. Tough weather conditions bring it on!

Re: Question for the St. Croix guys

I don't know much about those models but passing a leader knot is pretty hard on micro guide rods. You also have to be very careful to have little to no tag end. I've found that a 5.5 size ring you can pass leaders on but you will feel it passing the guides and it might make you nervous. If you get ...

Re: Braided Line sticking to itself on the reel ..

I'm pretty sure I know what you are talking about. This happens to me when I am using lighter lures and thinner braid. My theory is that usually lighter lures we tend to try and overpower the rod by speeding up to get a further casting distance. So usually what ends up happening is the spool tends t...

Re: ML Blank recommendation
