summertime cold fronts??
What are everyone's opinions on summertime cold fronts? Do they really affect the fish like a spring, fall or winter cold front? For example here in Illinois it was warm all last week and south winds with temps in the 90s till saturday and then yesterday on Sunday it was cloudy and threatening rain ...

Re: sunline super fluorocarbon??
Thanks for all the replies guys. I ordered me some 16 lb. sunline super fluorocarbon to put on my tessera jig/worm rod, heavy cover micro honey comb flippin rod, and tessera spinner bait/worm rod. sunline super fluorocarbon??
Has anyone else ever tried the sunline super fluoro yet and if they have what did you think of it? I have had two spools of it but both of them were 20 lb line spools. It seemed to be really good line in the 20 lb but most 20 lb lines I have used are hard to break and are good line anyways in the br...

thru hull fitting for ranger boats question??
I have an older 1983 Ranger 330v and the overflow thru hull fitting broke off and was leaking water through it like crazy. It is the bigger hole in the back of the boat in which this fitting goes into and it is 1 1/4 inches with 1 1/8 inch inside diameter of the hose. That's not a problem to find bu...

spring bass fishing pre-spawn
Been the last 3 days at a local power plant lake and I have to say the lake is on "fire" as of right now. I wanted your own personal opinions on how you think fish would spawn in a cooling lake like that. For example when I got there first thing thursday morning the area I was fishing was 60 degrees...

Re: team daiwa advantage baitcasters
i went out and casted it this evening and did some flippin with it with a 1/4 ounce tungsten and culprit plastic worm and i really don't think it's gonna need upgraded bearings it cast a mile anyways very nice and smooth.

team daiwa advantage baitcasters
I just got me two of the td advantage 153H-7 baitcasters haven't used them yet but they seem like really nice smooth solid reels. I was wondering what size abec7 stainless or boca ceramic bearings I need to buy for it cause I'm not familiar with daiwas as these are the first I've ever bought? Also o...
