Go with the 765 and 735. Those two rods can be used for a ton of different techniques in addition to what you are looking for out of them.

This depends on what kind of fishing we're talking about. If you're in a float tube or wading then I would take the 1 piece rod. If you're fishing off the bank then I would take the 2 piece rod.

I've got mine spooled with 70# & 55# Daiwa Samurai Braid, 20# P-Line Halo, 15# Seaguar InvizX, 17# Sunline Defier, and 12# Yozuri Hybrid.

I fish with Chronarch D reels exclusively now. My 50th Zillions sit in the closet somewhere...or perhaps they're in a Tupperware box on my shelf somewhere...
