Re: Z Man Chatterbait Micro trailer?
I tried a Panfish Assassin 2" swimbait on there and it matched up very well and works great.

Re: Megabass LBO baits
I don't notice much difference in the action, if anything it may start to dive quicker/easier and seems to have the same darting and body roll. The LBO baits that I've tried (including 110) cast extremely well, and I prefer them to non-LBO if given the choice. Aside from casting, is there any differ...

Re: New Poison Adrena
Can anyone compare and contrast the new 7" 3" MH with the Gen 1, 7' 2" MH-G? Thanks for any insight!

Re: Calling all Steez SV TW Experts
It never dawned on me to try increasing the brake setting, but you were absolutely right--I set the dial to 20 and the spool was more free (enough to cause a backlash) so that was an improvement. I want to send a huge THANK YOU out to everyone that replied, I greatly appreciate all your help! This h...

Re: Calling all Steez SV TW Experts
Here is how it looks with the brake dial set to 20
And here it is set to zero
And here it is set to zero
Are the black marker marks on the silver magnets lined up when the dial is set to max? And do they line up with the notches in the magnet holders?

Re: Calling all Steez SV TW Experts
Yes, bought brand new and fished it with brakes set at 6 initially. Once I became frustrated with the heavy braking feel, I went to zero and have been fishing it that way for weeks with only a very slight improvement. I checked the inductor and was able to lift it up and down about 3/16" and it did ...

Re: Calling all Steez SV TW Experts
Thanks for you input. Unfortunately I don't have any other spools that I can try. The Tatulas and this Steez are the only Daiwa reels I have...I mostly have Metaniums, Aldebarans etc. Guessing I will have to send it to Daiwa but hoping to avoid that if possible. Mine does not have the issues you des...

Calling all Steez SV TW Experts
Hello, I bought a Steez SV TW brand new last year. The casting distance is ok but never that impressive. For comparison sake, I have Tatula SVs that can cast almost twice as far. I initially had 20lb fluoro on in and thought maybe the line was a factor. I recently switched to 10lb Sniper, and distan...

Re: giron or gigantrel jr.?
They are both worth having and great lures. The Ganteral has better action due to being 3 pieces instead of just 2. If you need a smaller profile though, the Giron may work better.

I was also very curious about the IPT and the box for the 8.1 says 29.9".
The 6.3 says 23.2" IPT.
The 6.3 says 23.2" IPT.

Re: KVD 1.5 Deep Diver
I have limited experience with it, but did catch some nice ones on it. I noticed it occasionally it would roll over on it's a side a little during retrieve, and I'm not sure why, but I'd say try one.
