So far I have been lucky and have only lost a couple of hats. Came very close on rods a couple of times dropping the overboard due to arthritis.

I have to many 6.3 ratio reels and would like to change at least one and possibly two. So here is the question. Reel #1 Daiwa sv tw zillion. Reel # 2 Shimano Curado K. #3 Shimano chronarch mgl Can any of these be converted to 7.? ratio speed? (pretty sure they can) Where to get the parts, and links ...

Went to the Tackle Trap web site to look at another Conquest and found that they are not listed anymore. No G Loomis rods.

Going to add the Meggabass Destoyer FMJ to my list :-$ I'm set on getting the FMJ as well. What reel are you pairing it with? I was thinking Daiwa Steez SV TW but not sure yet. I know some pro's like the larger spooled spinning reels because they are better with line management and also cast farther due to the larger spool. I would highly recommend the Shimano Stradic ci4. The loomis GLX 842 is a very capable rod for these techniques.
