Re: Jdm Metanium or Chronarch Mgl
Jdm metanium. I had both & even got my chronarch mgl for $220, ended up selling it & getting another metanium. The jdm metanium is the best high end value reel for the price & if you order from japan lure shop, I’ve gotten a free megabass lure each time. Plenty of line capacity Just ordered a JDM M...

You should have made the trip! There was hardly anyone on the lake and the fishing was really good.

Re: What is your prefered reel for jerkbaits
Thanks for the detailed reply Hobie-Wan Kenobi. I have just started jerk bait fishing. I collected around 40 baits over the last year and throwing them on a glx 842 and a gl3 783. I have a few different reels and wanted to get a general consensus as to what people tend to prefer to help me narrow do...

Re: Nice surprise
How many reels does it take before you find reels you didn’t know you had? Not many if you can't remember what you had for dinner last night! I didn't want to go for the age jugular, but you did it for us. :) I am super particular about my reels. They get fished for many years. I genera...

What is your prefered reel for jerkbaits
Curios what every one is using for a jerk bait reel. What Inch per turn do you like for different types and sizes?

Re: Chatterbait trailer selection
I haven't fished them much yet. But I bought a bunch of the Evergreen jack hammers. The few times I have actually got to fish them i have used a 4.3 Kietech. I have a lot of others to try including the Zako. Skinny dipper, and a couple others.

Vicious No fade is my #1 braid. It lives up to it's name, very thin diameter for poundage. Easy to cast and does not dig in.

Make sure to get one that you can add pages to, and buy them at the same time.
