Re: ARMS "SUPER LEGGERA"
Any feedback on performance of the rod? Which model? I have the ASL6904X. I fish with it occasionally. Regular action and it is for primarily for jerkbaits/topwater for me. It is an incredible rod and I love the carbon handle. My understanding is that the blanks are quite similar to the X7 series, ...

Re: Megabass price increase
have u tried the xbites and if so, do u feel that rod falls into the same category of lackluster sensitivity? maybe i missed it but do the p5s have the same breakage issues? Nope; the X-Bites is on par or better than the NRX 893 (I have both rods) from a sensitivity standpoint for me. Balance is si...

Re: Megabass IXI Shad
The Type R and Type 3 are working well for me. The cast ability for 1/4 oz is great. The LBO system is winner for being able to launch a light bait.
I picked up a couple of the new TX models that claim to reach 4m (on 8 lb test). Anyone fish these yet?

Re: Megabass 2022 P5 models ?!?
Yeah, I have no problem with the handle design…..really like the minimalist design. And I find the Windbuster to fit my hand comfortably, although I know not everyone does. Me too. I also get that if someone doesn't like it, then find another rod when you are spending $450+ on a rod. ;) But, I like...

Re: Megabass 2022 P5 models ?!?
Any more details on these? @Bronzefly Saw a quick vid and late '22 release. Real excited as I'm quite enjoying the current P5 rods. =D> Which one you fancy? A Daemos and the Mark56 caught my eye. If I didn’t already have two One Ten Sticks…. I like the handle design and have really enjoyed the P5 r...

Re: MegaBass worm rod
I do like to use a 1/8 ounce weight on a worm or a creature bait at times. Jeff I've used both a 1/8 ounce weight and a 1/8 oz. shakey head (of course, the plastic will get the weight up depending upon its bulk). I think that this is the "low end" of the rod as a really finesse 1/16 oz. or weightle...

Re: megabass x7 cyclone advantage
I can get one to my door for $230 that is scored a "B" grade. I already have a dedicated jerkbait stick and another I use as squarebill rod. I'm looking for stick to use throwing lipless, topwaters and as a bonus unweighted flukes. That seems like a really nice price (esp. including shipping). I am...

Re: MegaBass worm rod
I have narrowed it down to 2 rods The Dark Sleeper or the 72X X-Bites Having never own or let along held a Megabass rod I think either of these will work for what I want to do. What y'all think Jeff I have both rods. Besides 2" in length, the real difference in the rods is the action. Specifically,...

Re: megabass x7 cyclone advantage
What are your uses for the stick? I have not used it a ton as my fishing time has been a bit more limited than I would like over the last year. However, I really liked the rod for jerkbaits and crankbaits. The action was really good working a jerkbait and I felt like the bend had enough "give" and ...

Re: megabass x7 cyclone advantage
How much would I have to pay to acquire such a stick? I have an Alphas SV with a Zonda spool I HLC spring swapped that I am keeping on the back burner for a trebble hook rod. Something that can handle 30# braid and bomb casts with a 1/2 traps over grass or 3/8 oz poppers. I had it on an xxx BE2 but...

Re: Samurai tackle
Most of the JDM sites I use require paypal over a credit card.
I've used the site you've mentioned and they aren't the cheapest, but offer quick shipping and often have items in stock that other sites don't.
