Re: Eye Surrender sunglasses
Never heard of them but I know from personal experience that the only safe way to ensure a perfect fit is to try them on before you buy. Everyone has a different shaped head so what might be perfectly comfortable for me might be too tight for you. Also no manufacturer is likely to tell you via email...

Re: Coangler Tackle Space?
The fact that someone would suggest that you need three sets of clothing, sweatshirts, shoes etc would make me doubt the rest of his advice as well. I think a boater would be justifiably less than amused if you pitch up with a wardrobe of clothes. After all how many time are you going to fall in the...

Re: Zodias for Daiwa T3 1016
I had an issue with the T3 moving on some of my reel seats. Either use the inserts supplied with the reel or one of those reel foot covers that Daiwa sells in Japan. Both solve the problem. Or electrical tape. Where do I get those things from Japan? Digitaka-lures? I honestly don't know. :oop...

Re: Red hooks?
The problem with red hooks is that after a couple of days they become gold hooks. Gets expensive changing them out. That said I believe that they possibly do give the fish something to target so I only replace the front treble as I prefer them targeting this as opposed to the rear treble. And ...

Re: Phenix Recon2 QC issues
We actually had a distributor in South Africa for the last 3 years. Unfortunately he went outta business just a few months back. The name was Trailblaizer Fishing Products. Most of what he distributed was in our saltwater series of rods. As well as a series we OEMd for them. I see. I am pretty clue...

Another vote for the 13 Met. Honestly I haven't tried the newer versions but I couldn't be happier with my two 13's. Tried and tested.

Yeah that's not good at all! Shoot me your address and info in a PM and I'll get ya taken care of. As for the M1 soft touch seat, sometimes we trust our component suppliers a little to much. We were assured the soft touch was permanent and would not come off. Trust me, I was addimant about it since...

Re: Aldebaran first impressions....
I have mine loaded with 12lb (0.33mm) Excalibur Silver Thread and mounted on a Steez 631 MHBA. I use it for 1/4 - 3/8 oz spinnerbaits. Great combo and more than enough line capacity for my needs. Have to lock the drag down however otherwise it slips when setting into a decent fish.

Re: Casting reel advice needed (Shimano)
Thanks guys for the tips! #new2BC4bass: I like the Curado, but it looks like I can sell it very close to the price of a new 201i, so I thought why not? I only fish left handed reels, so Pinnacle is out. Regarding Okuma, I do not remember which reels I handled in the past, but I did not like any of ...
