With all the shallow spool options on many different reels, it's tough to make a standalone finesse reel.
I don't think anything would replace an actual pixy.

Also depend on how far you are from the major city. May take an extra day for it to move from the city to the town. Then another day from the town to you.

Re: New Steez TW ALUMINUM for 2017 !
The A have 8+1 Bearing , the Knobs have 0 bearings or have the Wormgear 0 bearings ??? The prototype that was examined at The Tackle Trap had zero handle knob bearings. It's relatively inexpensive, and very easily remedied, but still surprising nonetheless. It's possible that issue will be addresse...

Re: (Help)Daiwa SV question: related to spool only?
If the Air Brake is the twisting inductor, Daiwa's website states the SS Air has it, but mine and another members Air doesn't have a twisting inductor? The Air Brake was developed by KTF and it is a twisting inductor. If the reels inductor does not twist, its falsly advertised in my opinion. If the...

Re: (Help)Daiwa SV question: related to spool only?
Hi LowRane, So is Daiwa's Air Brake System inside the SV spool? ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) Thanks. The SS SV has an Air Brake spool as does the SV103. They have SV spools in them. SV spools have Air Brake. If you really look into Daiwas braking system from the side plate, they're all the same. The term "Air...

Have you investigated inside?
Open both up and see if there is any difference.
Maybe add drag grease.

Would it fit into a PX-R?
I've installed the 7:1 gears into my Pixy. Would there be any improvement?

Re: Full story on Daiwa Real Four?
Never had the engine plate screws strip. Seems more likely poor maintenance from someone tinkering with their reels and then passing to someone else. Spot on... tightening these ting threaded screws well past the original design parameters. Once stripped... New frame or bigger modified screws. LMAO...
