Re: Is the Senko Still King in 2020?

Zoom Z-Nail is much better than the senko but they aren’t produced anymore. I have a stash that is dwindling. I wish they would bring those back. Zoom has a new senko style bait out but the ZN was great with a unique shape.

I’ve tried ToP shelf worms and they are like hotdogs
They are not worth it

Everything SpinnerbaiT!!

Today had a window of opportunity to go out on the water. The wife and I hadn’t done it in a while. For whatever reason I never got on plane just puddled out to my first spot. When we were about to leave there was no power what so ever. I used the T-motor back to the ramp. Anyways a guy had gave me ...

Re: Reel Recommendation for Steez XBD Frog Rod

I switch from a Zillion Type R with a 100m spool (20lb fluoro) and 13Met (50lb braid), depending on time of year basically. As soon as I pick up the AGS model, I'll decide what reel goes to which rod. Round reels just don't fit my hands that well so I rarely use them for anything other than giant s...

It all depends on what rod you're using. If you are using a stiffer rod the flouro or mono is gonna help. I throw the buzz year round.
I’m looking for some GOOD suggestions

Unless you're fishing a floating buzzbait, I say party on Wayne. 8-)
I think that because I’m not making long distance cast that it’s probably more beneficial But I may goto braid. My concern with braid is the lack of stretch at close range.

BuzzBaitS with FloRo

Am I the only one still throwing the old BuZzBait? I’ve started using them with rods that have floro, and I don’t really see any negatives. I know people will say that the floro sinks but when you’re throwing it across lily pads I feel the “weight” of the line vice mono is a bonus. Anyone else ? Yea...

Re: Egg Snaps with Braid

Does anyone use them? I was thinking about how much easier it would be to go from a swim jig to toptoad with the forked hooks. Maybe even use it with a Stanley Ribbit Toad IDK just an idea. I am certain not for a frog stick due to the violent hook set but maybe with the smaller Khera frog? Looking ...

Re: When is enough , truly enough

Whatever you are content with is enough. With everything in life...Do we need Steez rods and reels? Do they catch THAT many more fish? A Ford Escort will get you to work just as good as a 500hp truck. Will you be using all 500hp...ever? We all weight performance/value/"Do I need this?" differently....

445hp and 480ft pounds of torque
Is where I am stock, but I want to get to the 500 hp
Do you think that is asking too much or should I be good where I am?
