Re: Skirtless Buzzbaits
I almost never use a skirt on my buzzbaits. Almost always a 5in grub, zoom horny toad, or swimbait.

KLX and Helium 3?
Looking at the 2 following rods for weightless senkos only. Kistler KLX 7'3 texas rig/carolina MHF specs are 1/4-3/4 12-17# line <--- these seem like a senko should be right in its sweet spot and i'll be using 12# shooter. How "fast" is a KLX? Kistler Helium 3 7'1 MHXF 1/4-1oz 12-17# How "XF" is the...

Re: What braid for recoil guides?
I use 10/4 suffix 832 in high vis yellow and I don't really notice the noise much. All recoils make noise /w braid. Some braids are just less noisy than others.

Re: Why doesn't Daiwa face the TWS grooving issue?(with pics
Nothing personal against all of you claiming to have grooving issues. I need to know a few things before I truly believe that it is a real problem. See my post back a page or so. I found 2 grooves in almost identical spots on both reels on the TWS. I would have never noticed it unless I tore the re...

Re: Why doesn't Daiwa face the TWS grooving issue?(with pics
Ugh...year and a half of use...I found the dreaded grooves on their annual cleaning this morning. Oddly enough...they are in the exact same spot(roughly) on both reels. The groove wasn't there last winter so I have no idea when it showed up. I'm not really worried about it. If it matters... Both are...

Re: NuTech jigs
Love the NuTech jig for brush. It' the only jig I use in heavy wood. I tried to Blitz football for 3 months. I hated it. Hung up in rock like crazy and 2 passes through an area the paint on the head was almost gone.
