Re: Show us your Sol
Somewhere I have a photo of a Sol I took on of my Brazil fishing trips with an equally orange butterfly that landed on the reel. I'm pretty certain I posted here many years ago.

Re: Tdz type r td ito j dream
The TD Ito is a great reel. I have 3 of them and all get used.
The only reel I'm having an 'issue' with using is my Monoblock Racing Viola. I will use it though, during my next Brazil trip.

I have a few of the original HLC reels. They're the best.

Re: Megabass Arms Leggera
There was a long thread on the build many years ago but unfortunately it was lost at some point. I believe there was an unfortunate server crash here.
Files I have are too large to drag and drop here.

Well now you went and called me that so I have no choice but to try and make this happen.Tokugawa wrote:If anyone can do it, it is Redline "The Shards of Narsil $1000 Frog Rod" Robert.

Re: Megabass Arms Leggera
Aesthetically I don't think it would work. I never really considered it until I saw Tokugawa's post, so if it happens blame him.

Re: Megabass Arms Leggera
So does anyone know for certain? I'm thinking as a right handed reeler I need a left handed rod.

Re: Megabass Arms Leggera
? Are you sure? I've not found anything specific on whether I need a right or left, but based on the photos I've seen it appears that the palm swell goes with the left hand side for a righty reeler. Can anyone else confirm?Cristo wrote:right hand

Re: Megabass Arms Leggera
Question in regards to the Super Leggera rods.
If you cast with your right hand and then hold the rod with your left, reeling with the right, would you get a Left hand rod?
